Adobe illustrator beginners tutorial to create heart shape in easy way step by step.

Open the Adobe illustrator and click on Create new( I use Adobe illustrator CC 2019 version). Then a pop up window will come. Similar to the below image. 

Then click on Create button

From the tool bar select the rectangle tool bar or click the shortcut key "M".

Then on the white board click and drag the mouse button also at the same time press the shift key also so that we get a perfect square. ( Action = Shift Key + Left Mouse Key + Drag)

You got a perfect square.

Next is hover the mouse at any of the corner and you can see the mouse pointer changes into rotation mode. Then Press shift + Left mouse button + Drag  and your shape will rotate 90 degree.

Then go to the window bar and select Swatches. From that click on the red colour.

Now go to the tool bar and select the pen tool. Or simply click on the letter P

Hover the mouse along the left edge of the square and the press and hold the Alt key. Then you can notice that the mouse icon changes. Then without loosing the alt key click the mouse button and drag up, along that you can press the shift key also to get good proportion. Then you get a shape like this. (Action = [mouse on the edge ] Alt key + Click and drag + Shift Key) 

Do this on the other side also. You get a nice heart shape with in 30 seconds.
